We provide refunds if the service is not as described or does not work as intended.
A full refund will be provided within 24 hours of first order. Within 7 days of first order, a partial refund will be offered which covers payment vendor fees.

Your server should be provisioned instantly after payment. If it is not then contact us and we'll get you up and running.

Every server comes with 1 IPv4 address and a free /64 IPv6 subnet. Additional IPv4 addresses cost $1/month or $10/year. You can have 2 additional IPs without justification. If you need more please ticket and explain why.

If you overuse your bandwidth, your server will be suspended. You will need to purchase additional bandwidth from us by opening a ticket or wait until the date when your resources are reset.

Yes, we provide internal cPanel licenses for $14/month. These can be ordered by contacting us.

No. The customer is responsible for ensuring no data is lost.

Chances are if it's legal then we allow you to host it. Check our Acceptable Usage Policy in the ToS for a full list of use cases that we do and don't allow.

Yes. We provide DNS hosting as well as reverse DNS for both IPv4 and IPv6, free of charge. You can find it in your VPS control panel.

OpenVZ

This depends on the location and virtualisation type. It will all be displayed on the pricing page for the product you are interested in.

When the guaranteed RAM limit is reached, memory pages belonging to the container are pushed out to the virtual SWAP.

Our KVM nodes use Xeon E5 processors with 64GB+ of DDR3/4 RAM and RAID enterprise disks.

Yes, some of our services support automatic mounting by the user. For others we will happily mount it if you contact us.

Yes, we do allow Windows on our KVM plans.

Yes you can pay for the upgrade in the client area. You will have to contact us so we can perform the upgrade. You will need to resize the disk yourself using a partition manager. You cannot downgrade a KVM VPS.
